Refund policy

All sales are final. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your order, you must contact the shop within 7 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for any return costs. 

All earrings are handmade, one of a kind works of art, and consequently cannot be replicated.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this information is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address, or the replacement shipping costs in such circumstances.  If you realize your order contains incorrect info, please contact us as soon as possible.

After your new earrings have been dropped off to USPS and you receive the tracking information, Wild Basin Studio cannot be held liable for any shipping issues while in transit such as lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the shop within 7 days of receiving your earrings if concerns arise during transit.
