Shipping policy

Most items are made to order. This ensures that I make only what customers want, and limits waste. Processing time for made to order items can take between 4-5 weeks or more. This depends on the intricacy of items, number of orders, and supplies. If the item happens to be in stock, processing time is typically 5-7 business days.

 First class shipping will normally take 3-10 business days to arrive at your door in the United States. International delivery can take 4 weeks or more. If you choose a faster shipping speed at checkout, this does not speed up the processing time.  Please contact the shop directly if you are in a rush and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

After your new earrings have been dropped off to USPS and you receive the tracking information, Wild Basin Studio cannot be held liable for any shipping issues while in transit such as lost, stolen, or damaged items. All earrings are handmade, one of a kind works of art, and consequently cannot be replaced. Please contact the shop within 7 days of receiving your earrings if concerns arise during transit. 

Items are shipped  via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with the package tracking information. First class mail typically arrives in 3-5 business days in the U.S., however there is always the chance of delays. International delivery can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks or more depending on global circumstances.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this information is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address, or the replacement shipping costs in such circumstances.  If you realize your order contains incorrect info, please contact us as soon as possible.
